                                                                      the first time a clue to the whole system of pure Venetian
                                                                      School No 1	Gothic.  There is fist a vide opposite, pure Byzantine
                                                                      with double line of dentils, first school to seek for
                                                                      e[r]xample of.
                                                                      School No 2.	b opposite.  A saracenic 9, o2th or 11th century inno-
                                                                      vation line of dentils pointed above, round below.
                                                                      School No 3.	c opposite, both lines pointed:  I find this arch at the
                                                                      ponte dei Caleghieri with the simple section c on next
                                                                      pag[f]e  the shaded part being the dentil, and now come[w]s a
